How to find your Oura Ring
Make sure your Oura app is allowed to access your location. If you are an iOS user, head over to the Settings app and scroll down until you see Privacy & Security. Tap on it and right off at the top you will Location Services. Tap on it and turn the toggle on.
On the upper-right-hand corner of the home tab, tap the battery icon. Then tap Show latest location.
Take note that the current location shown on the app may not be the current location of your ring. It only shows the latest location when the ring is connected to the app.

What if no location appears?
There are a few reasons your smart ring’s location may not show up on the app. It could be that your phone is low on battery; the Find My Ring feature will not work in such a case.
Another reason could be that location services is not enabled for your Oura app. The Find My Ring feature will only record the last known location of your smart ring when it was connected to your ring.
